This is a shadow box card with a fancy edge that I've just finished for my niece's dreaded 40th next month. I just don't know where the years have gone and I'm sure I'm not alone in that! One minute your kids are small and the next they've got kids of their own - ah well.

I have to say I am rather pleased with this particular labour of love it went together quite easily. The base card front and back was cut in a pale mauve 220 gsm and the base of the "box" is a purple 170 gsm concept card. I've threaded a narrow mauve satin ribbon through the ribbon slots and decorated the flowers with gutermann beads. I shall be putting the template for this on the UKS site once I've tidied it up a bit
